What You'll See:
In this video, Chris answers two of the most commonly asked questions regarding the Strategies in Action section of the Elk Module (as well as one about The Gallery), and takes you on an early-season high country hunt to show you that what he shares, and does, in the other SIA videos, is exactly what he does when he's actively hunting. This video also gives a great example of why it can be difficult, sometimes, to hunt mature herd bulls, especially with satellite bulls running around!
Setting the Stage:
Chris was hunting one of his public land, OTC unit high country areas again, and finally found a good bull after five days of tough hunting. After packing WAY back in to get downwind of this group, Chris makes a move and gets set up within 60 yards of the herd bull as he's running around checking his cows. What happens after that, is why it's called "hunting" and not "killing" – especially when you're trying to film it!
Viewing / Listening Tips:
Like with the others, the best audio is with the use of headphones or ear-buds.
